Shalom everyone, today I just wanted to share this simple and easy recipe of 'Batchoy' I don't know what other people call this recipe
I used to eat Batchoy when I was in college since my class is night time so we be very hungry when we got out, me and my friends would love to eat In this small carenderia selling Batchoy since it is affordable and fulfilling
So today I decided to share with you, if you want to start a business and near in school this is your chance to try this business
ingredients
1 kilo of Chicken Feet( Can use any part of the Chicken)
Salt
Fish sauce
Cooking Oil
Garlic
Onion
Ginger
Lemongrass
Water
Pancit
Boiled Egg
Spring Onion
Kalamansi
(Please adjust the taste according to your preference)
Price Range is 15-25 per serving
Use a big pot in making the soup
