A recent acquisition of mine from fellow friend and collector @bigborek5la. This CSX K5LA dates to the later 80s with a small bore 5. The YN3 paint is immaculate, and the paint wear on the bottoms of the 4 and 5 bell prove that this horn was originally ran in the R45 arrangement. Everything is completely original and matching on this horn down to every single one of the bolts. The interior received an all new Nathan rebuild kit. These are the first 2 recordings I have of this horn, in approximately 60° temps. One of my best sounding K5LAs!
