MEAL 1:
300ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
1 Banana
50g Oats
30g Xendurance Whey Protein
20g BlueBerries
MEAL 2:
3 Poached Whole Eggs
2 Pieces of Toast
15g Olive Spread
MEAL 3:
3 Wholewheat Tortilla Wraps
50g 30% Less fat Hummus
100-150g Chicken
1/2 Broccoli
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 Stir Fry Packet
SAUCE: Dark Soy Sauce, Cinnamon, Peri Peri Salt
MEAL 4: (Pre-Workout)
2 Bagels
15-25g Nutells
15-25g Crunchy Almond Butter
MEAL 5:
100-150g Chicken
250g Cooked weight Rice
1/2 Broccoli
1/2 Stir Fry Packet
SAUCE: Dark Soy Sauce, Cinnamon, Peri Peri Salt
MEAL 6:
100g Oats
300ml Un-sweetened Almond milk
1 BattleOats Bar
