So here is episode 6 of Classic Bus Histories and in this one we look at the B15 Leyland Titan. I personally love these buses as I learnt to drive buses on them in 1997/8 at New Cross and Bexleyheath. In fact I part own a an old BX Titan T1080 and East London T553.
It was nice delving into the history of this bus and it's one that has a huge question mark over it. What would have happened if ECW had built the Titan? And what would have happened if Maidstone and District (and then the National Bus Company) had received their order? Interesting to speculate isn't it? Maybe I should do another video on this subject alone?
