Our new fully automated and isolator-based filling line is installed and ready to fill your product! Here is a quick demo of bulk vial filling and lyophilization in a 20R vial.
This line is capable of filling vials (RTU or bulk), cartridges, syringes, and custom containers from lot sizes up to 28,000 units all within an isolator. The line also has lyophilization capability and can process 31,500 10R vials in one run.
