Our hair comes in two qualities. We avoid labels like Raw, Virgin and Remy hair. People generally mean different things when using those. Therefore, try to see it as high-end, middle-end and low-end human hair:
1a) High-End: Cut from donor directly. Chemically Unprocessed
1b) Middle-End: Not cut from donor directly. Uses machine to align cuticles. Mild chemical processing.
1c) Low-End: Not cut from donor directly. Strong chemical processing. Sometimes silicon coated.

We're mainly focused on High-End Hair and Middle-End Hair. We also have Low-End hair, but this is mainly oriented at the African market where a low price is sometimes considered more important than quality.
