It's another day of frustrating mistakes! It's a cliche but this season has been full of learning. My trainer Jo May was very sweet the other day and said all these mistakes and improving from them strengthens your foundations for the future and will make you better, but geez are they frustrating to keep happening. There is no point making excuses, the fault lies with the jockey on these mistakes as a lot which could have been done to prevent them.
