From the AFRS show "G.I. Journal," program #119. The exact date is unclear, but probably some point in late 1945; it's possible the AFRS may have pulled this performance from another radio program. Music by Johnny Green and Carmen Lombardo, lyrics by Gus Kahn.
They may have also performed this song in the 1945 Universal musical short "Tin Pan Alley Tempos," but I haven't had any luck finding that one.
From L to R in photo, the Pied Pipers were Chuck Lowry, June Hutton, Clark Yocum and Hal Hopper.
