You would never buy Cannoli anymore 😊
There is basic recipe to make, which is plain vanilla , then you just add favorite flavor ingredients, if you want something different
Basic Cannoli Filling Recipe:
• 15 oz Ricotta cheese ( drained overnight)
• 8 oz Mascarpone cheese
• 2 vanilla packs
Mix well, add
• 1 cup whipped cream and
•2 cups sugar powder
Mix well again - Filling is done
If you want hazelnut, just add 1/2 cup Hazelnut spread and 2 tbsp cocoa powder, mix well - Filling is done
If you want pumpkin, just add 1/2 cup pumpkin, out of the can, or homecooked ( I prefer the one you cook or bake at home), and 1 tbsp pumpkin spice- Filling is done
