Sailor Victory is a 2 episode comedy OVA set on a planet that combines fuedal and 1990s Japan. The story follows a team of superheroines who fight robot criminals.
This OVA is a spinoff featuring the characters of Graduation, a raising / training sim video game series originally for the PC-9800 series of computers. The games put the player in control of a teacher helping a problem students with the goal of having them graduate to a top university.
