2. 午餐肉,放鑊內煎香,煎至四面脆口,放碟上。
3. 大火在鑊內燒熱油一湯匙。
4. 雞蛋,打在大碗內,打勻。
5. 蛋漿,倒入鑊內,炒成滑蛋。
6. 午餐肉粒,倒入滑蛋內,熄火,炒勻。
7. 完成,可享用。
