He Sells Out EVERY DAY! Authentic Northern Thai Food in Phuket Review

Good morning and welcome back! Today I'm chasing down Northern Thai flavours right here in Phuket, and this little spot is worth setting your alarm for.

This family comes straight from Chiang Mai, with restaurants in Chiang Mai and Bangkok. Their Phuket shop has only been open 6 months, but there’s already a stampede every morning. They open around 8:30 am and always sell out well before closing time, so today I arrived at 9am to finally catch their famous dishes fresh.

On the menu today:
• Beef Khao Soi
• Pork Khao Soi (tried last week)
• Hang Lay Curry
• Northern Sausage
• Northern noodle dishes & dipping sets
• Sticky rice the traditional way

If you love Chiang Mai cuisine or want to try true Northern Thai flavours without leaving Phuket, this place is the real deal. Slow-braised pork belly, silky coconut broth, handmade noodles, herbs, spices... pure comfort food.
