Karate is at the Tokyo Olympics! It's exciting to see the first traditional eastern martial art at the Olympics, but some of you might not know what its all about, or what to watch.

With so much going on in the Olympics you need to target your viewing. With that being the case I've picked out some competitors for you to keep an eye on. I also talk through some examples of the Kumite and Kata events from the Olympic Qualifying Tournament, so you can understand just what it is that is going on at the Tokyo Olympics Karate events.

I also talk a little about the future of Olympic Karate, other eastern martial arts in the Olympics and other forms of Karate competition, such as Karate Combat.
