The legal council for Princess Masindi Mphephu-Ramabulana has argued that the royal council appointed Prince Toni Mphephu-Ramabulana as king despite not meeting the requirements to ascend the throne. Masindi counsel cross-examining David "Vho Japan" Mphephu at the High Court in Polokwane, Limpopo. Masindi is challenging her uncle Prince Toni Mphephu-Ramabulana for the throne.
