Tuna Sausage Kimbap Recipe - the perfect portable meal

This is probably my third or fourth time making kimbap so I definitely am not a professional at it! I'm still trying to nail the rolling and squeezing technique and all haha. I love kimbap since it is so portable, making it such a great food to share! I made a lot of kimbap this time since I was providing food for a dinner amongst friends! I love tuna kimbap but adding the sausage adds an extra punch of flavor! Other favorite fillings of mine are bulgogi, perilla leaves, and fish cake.

I don't really measure out my ingredients when I cook and usually just eyeball the quantity while in the store. The ingredients listed here are a guesstimate.
Ingredients:
3 cups uncooked rice (I believe I ended up using 1 more cup of rice)
2 large carrots
1 small head red cabbage
~1.5 pounds spinach (they shrink a lot!)
1 package of pork sausage (I used a brand called ARABIKI that came with around 14 pieces)
6 eggs
1 package of pickled radish (단무지 danmuji)
4 cans tuna
Kewpie mayonnaise
1 package of toasted seaweed (김 gim)
salt and pepper to taste
