I saw this movie a couple months ago and fell totally in love with it, even though it's so heartbreaking and I cried like a baby watching it. It's sort of like a British version of A Walk To Remember. Adam/Tessa's relationship is so beautiful!

The editing in the vid isn't anything special, hope you all still enjoy it though :)
