And one of these is the Conditional Formatting Tool which can identify patterns, trends and detect errors about your data.

Moreover, it can also emphasize cells or ranges of cell values based on the conditions you specify and if the conditions are found true, the selected cells are formatted according to the chosen format option.

And there are several format options available that could fit your data.

But for this lesson, we will only focus on the Highlight Cell Rules Format Option since it is one of the easiest ways to analyze your data.
