In this exciting video, Attorney Steve® discusses the Covid/Coronavirus and whether or not this will be enough to invalidate your contracts using what's known as a "Force Majeure" found in many, but not all, contracts and leases.

There are many reasons why a person or company would want to cancel, break a lease or disavow a contract, especially with the rise of the Covid virus, and stay indoor orders and other things that can hurt your business making it difficult to pay employees and even yourself so you can pay your mortgage and things like that.

If unforeseeable "acts of God" as they call events occur, it may make your contract impossible or impracticable to perform, and you might have legal grounds to break the contract or use it as leverage for renegotiation.
