Here is my homemade fiberglass winch bumper I made for my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee (WJ). The bumper is hand laid fiberglass and is aprox 1/4" thick and weighs 22 lbs. The winch bracket is cut out with a laser cutter and then I bend the pieces with my homemade metal bender and weld everything together. The bumper comes out of the mold smooth (no light jams or fairlead hole) so people can customize it to their liking such as adding your own light sizes and quantity of light jams. MIG bumper kit includes:
1. Fiberglass winch bumper
2. Winch bracket
3. (2x) D-Rings (mounts bumper to winch bracket)
4. Mounting hardware (2x custom mother washers + bolts, nuts, washers, lock washers)
