Butter Pecan Bundt Cake
1 Box Butter Pecan Cake Mix, 13.25 oz (I used Betty Crocker)
1/3 C. Packed Light Brown Sugar
2/3 C. Milk (whole or 2%)
2/3 C. Knudsen Sour Cream
3 Large Eggs at Room Temperature
6 T. Melted and Cooled butter (salted or unsalted, I used salted)
1 t. Vanilla Extract
1/2 t. Maple Extract
1 C. Chopped Pecans plus 1 T. Flour
Bake in a prepared bundt pan @350 degrees 40-50 minutes or until slightly golden brown and tester comes out clean. Check at about 30 minutes to see how it is baking up.
Buttery Glaze, enough for 2 or 3 cakes (recipe can be reduced down to half)
8 T. Melted and cooled butter (I used salted butter, if using unsalted butter, add a pinch or two of salt)
3 C. Confectioners Sugar
2 t. Vanilla
1/4 C. plus more of; Water, Milk, or Half in Half until you get the consistency you desire
Optional
1/3 C. Chopped Pecans for garnish
