✅ Overview & Location

Triangle shaped region over the anterior aspect of the elbow joint. A junction between the flexor compartment of the arm & forearm.

✅ Border & Boundaries

Medial border: Pronator teres muscle
Lateral border: Brachioradialis muscle
Superior border: Imaginary line between the two epicondyles of the distal humerus.

✅ Contents

Four important structures are found inside:
Median nerve
Brachial artery (bifurcates to radial & ulnar arteries)
Tendon of Biceps brachii
Radial nerve

✅ Bonus

Floor is made up of the supinator muscle & brachialis muscle
Roof is made up of the skin, fascia & bicipital aponeurosis
