A lovely funky bassline from Mickey Madden. In the Verse the bassline sticks to the mainriff. The mainriff is a lovely cooperation between bass & drums and the ‘secret’ here is to play the bassriff locked with the drums. In the Chorus Mickey plays a lot of sixteenth notes, often with ghost/percussive notes (marked with a x in the Score). Also a lot of hammer on notes are used (marked with a ‘tie’) in the Chorus. And I think this is where the challenge is in this song: playing the bassline in the Chorus tight/right on time/using techniques as percussive notes/tie’s and speed in your right hand.
