In this travel vlog, we visit the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and the Atomic Bomb Dome, a building which survived the bomb of World War II. We take a moment to reflect on history before diving into Hiroshima’s rich culture and amazing food!
🍽️ Food Adventures:
For lunch, we try out the Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki, a delicious savory pancake packed with layers of flavor and a huge amount of noodles. Since it was raining the whole day, we dropped by a close-by restaurant and enjoyed some comforting Japanese curry, a must-try dish when visiting Japan!

Hiroshima is a very walkable city, so you can make an easy tour by visiting these two must-see spots:
1. Historic Hiroshima Castle museum, a stunning reconstruction of the original fortress.
2. Shukkei-en Garden, a beautiful traditional Japanese garden in the heart of the city.
Hiroshima is a city full of resilience, culture, and incredible experiences! If you’re planning a trip to Japan, this destination should definitely be on your list.
