20 MIN LOWER BODY WORKOUT [Build muscle & strength] With Dumbbell & Abs Focus
Here's a lower-body circuit! Quads, hamstrings, glutes, and even abs are all put to the test today! It may only be 20 minutes, but we're using simple movements.
This workout is designed for moderate to heavy resistance, so use a pair of dumbbells heavy enough to challenge yourself with each move. If you're looking to build lower-body strength, muscle, or overall endurance, this workout is for you.
As you'll see, this workout is a perfect quick workout to really work your legs!
Even though it's a quick workout (only 20 minutes), that doesn't mean you have to do fast reps! The slower you go, the more you'll get out of each rep, as you'll see!
The dumbbells I'm using for your reference weigh (2 x 10 kg), (1 x 15 kg), and (1 x 5 kg) for abs.
The timer will start for 40 seconds of exercise, followed by 20 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise in the circuit!

▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 40 Seconds. After 20 seconds of rest continue to the next move.
