20 shallots
Handful garlic
Few curry leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp corriander seeds

5 tbp sesame oil
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp urad daal
1/2 tsp fenugreek seed

15-20 small onions finely chopped

Salt for taste
half spoon turmeric powder
1 tsp chili powder
3 tsp coriander powder
Tamarind small amla size
1 spoon jaggery
2 pinch asafoetida
