At the April 4th, 2024 Sanger City Council meeting, the Centerville Girl Scout Troop 5178 presented Sanger Fire Chief Greg Tarascou with $200 to purchase life-saving equipment for pets that are involved in fires. Girl Scout Troop 5178 is pictured with Sanger Fire Chief Greg Tarascou and Sanger Mayor Frank Gonzalez, at Sanger City Hall in Sanger, CA. Here is a video of the presentation and Chief Tarascou sharing what the equipment looks like and how it functions with those in attendance.
