It is an offence to solicit or accept illegal rebate and / or referral fee. Offering such advantage is also an offence. Leaders of the construction industry and representatives of the ICAC shared how to raise corruption prevention awareness of practitioners to enhance their capacity in resisting corruption and non-compliance so that practitioners would be able to share and enjoy achievements of the industry‘s promising future.
