There aren't a lot of Chubtone pickups available these days, but they're well worth seeking out. In this video I compare the Chubtone 61s, which I've had for awhile now, and the 64s. I discuss what I look for in a Strat pickup, and demonstrate the differences between the two models, both in isolation and in a mix. I also tell you a little about the man behind these handwound pickups, and where to look for them.
