As broadcast on 'Folk Festival USA' over National Public Radio stations in the States. Unfortunately, band introductions were not included in the broadcast, and I've been unable to confirm the bass player.
The 2nd Annual Upstate New York Winter Country Music Festival was a one day event held on the campus of the Rochester Institute of Technology that featured performances and workshops during the day, followed by a concert at night. Also referred to in the local press as the Rochester Country Music Festival, or the R.I.T. Music Festival - and from the stage of the event by some performers as the R.I.T. Bluegrass Hoo-Ha - the acts that took part in 1976 included Ralph Stanley and the Clinch Mountain Boys, Tracy and Eloise Schwarz, The Blue Ridge Country Ramblers, and The Union Hill Bluegrass Boys.
