When I go to Korean Town in LA, I often visit this bubble tea place called Gong Cha. It's at the intersection of Wilshire and Western, just across the street from H-MART. Also easy to access by public transportation. I like the earl grey milk tea in this store, as it is not too sweet, but gives you a soothing milky flavor.
