오늘은 ‘나를 만나다’ 백 번째 시간으로
제100부 ‘사색하는 삶’입니다.
사색한다는 것은 자신의 삶을 다듬고
자신의 삶에 가치를 더해줍니다.
사람은 어떻게 살 것인지
무엇에 가치를 둘 것인지에 따라
각자 삶의 모습이 달라집니다.
우리는 생각 없이 사는 것을
행복으로 착각 할 때가 많습니다.
삶을 뭘 그리 고민하느냐고
쉽게 말하는 사람도 많습니다.
바람이 불면 부는 대로 사는 것이
행복한 삶이라고도 말합니다.
하지만 사색은 삶을 복잡하게 만드는 것이 아니라
삶을 삶답게 만들어 주고 삶의 의미를 부여합니다.
빠른 변화의 시대를 살아가고 있는 우리가
속도에 매달리다가
쉽게 잃어버리는 것이 하나 있습니다.
바로 가야할 방향입니다.
삶의 방향을 잃어버리면
삶 전체가 불안해지고 엉망이 됩니다.
사색은 어떤 것에 대하여 깊이 생각하고
이치를 따지는 것입니다.
사색은 인간의 내면을 단단하게 하고
어떤 상황에서도 흔들리지 않게 해줍니다.
삶을 사색하지 않고 사는 것은
방향 없이 표류하는 것과 마찬가지입니다.
모든 사람들이 자신의 삶을 살아가지만
누군가는 표류하는 삶을 살았고
누군가는 물을 거슬러 올라가는 연어와 같은
삶을 살아냅니다.

If you lose your way of life,
Life as a whole becomes unstable and messy.
Thoughts think deeply about something.
It's about making sense.
Thoughts strengthen the inner parts of man.
It keeps you from shaking under any circumstances.
To live life without contemplation
It's like drifting without direction.
Everyone lives their own lives.
Someone had a life of drifting.
Someone's got the same kind of salmon that goes back in the water.
I live my life.
