Ingredients:
1/2 ea Onion, small diced
2 ea Celery stalks, small diced
1/2 cup Sundried Tomatoes, small diced
1 1/2 ea Cucumber, peeled & de-seeded small diced
1/2 cup Baby Bell Peppers Tri-Color, thin rings
10 ea Green Olives, pitted whole
10 ea Black Olives, pittes whole
5 oz Parmensan Cheese, grated
3 cups Bowtie Pastaa, cooked
4 cups Cavatappi Pasta, cooked
1 cup Red Wine Vinaigrette
1 cup Italian Dressing
Mix all ingredients together. Enjoy
