The University of Mpumalanga says registration process for first-year students is progressing smoothly. More than half of the approved intake for the 2026 academic year has already been registered. The institution has been authorised to enrol just under 4 000 first-year students this year. It's expecting an overall enrolment of over 13 000 students at the two campuses for the 2026 academic year.
