I have put this video together to show you how I have helped people in Assisted Living and Memory Care who are often chair bound to accomplish exercise through dance --dances that tell a story to which they can relate. The dances include Baking a Cake, Walking through the Woods, Making Friends, etc.It's very rewarding for me to see my groups come alive with laughter and use their creativity.
ON SITE TRAINING IS AVAILABLE FOR STAFF
