I will show you how you can mix "primary colors" red, blue and yellow. Also I will show that you cannot mix all colors with those, not even the "better" colors like cyan, magenta and yellow. These examples show why I don't believe in primary colors anymore, and how it has helped a lot of my color mixing.
Please remember that viewing colors on screen is much different than in real life. I strongly suggest you try these mixes on your own and see it in real life. You don't need same colors as I do, something similar is enough. I use watercolors here, but any other paint media that works with mixing works the same.
This is intro video for how I think color and color mixing. I hope this video sparks you interest towards color theory and how it can help you to mix better colors. I know this is topic that people have strong beliefs, but be respectful and stay curious.
