ＵＤ現場チャレンジは、全世界でアフターサービスに従事する従業員を対象に、知識と技能のトレーニングを目的として競技形式で行われるイベントで、2014年から隔年で開催しています。
今年は世界各地から、過去最多となる723チーム・2,732名が予選に参加し、その中から勝ち残った10か国14チームのファイナリストが優勝に向けて競い合いました。

UD Gemba Challenge is a global competition held bi-annually to develop and demonstrate the service excellence of the frontline people in UD dealerships and workshops around the world since 2014.
A total of 723 teams and 2,732 competitors from around the world took part in the qualifiers, with 14 teams from 10 countries advancing to the global final.
