In this episode of my Jeep Comanche VLog, we are diving into the deep end of the cooling system. Getting started on many things, but not finishing anything. The electric fan setup that I'm switching over to should pull somewhere around 6000cfm with both fans on (and the big one on high). Of course while were in there it's a great time to think about relocating the alternator to the top of the engine bay. The belt is already going to need a reroute with the removal of the mechanical fan.
There is a lot of information on converting these old renix jeeps from closed to open cooling but I am going to try and get some good info on that front for yall in a coming video. At the very least I show the right way to route some of the tubes for the heater core... and admit some passed wrongdoings which I dont remember why I even did them!
