It is beyond doubt in our experience and in the experience of millions of others who listen to Classical Music , that one feels a lot more happier, calmer and lighter after listening to Indian Classical Music! The Ragas or the Scales have their source from the Saama Veda (the Vedas were revealed to Sages while they were in very deep meditation) Thus , Indian Classical Music comes with the potency to heal!
