A contemporary recording played on a very early Victrola. This Victrola was among the first batch built in the Summer of 1906, and officially introduced in August of that year. On this recording, I recorded the audio separately using a digital recorder in order to separate the music from the other sounds such as the motor and the record surface noise. The recorder was position directly in front of the horn.
