Laying Tile with New Tractor & Soil-Max Plow! (Start to Finish)

This is a start-to-finish video of taking delivery of a new tile plow, fully testing it, and installing field tile. This video is over a full week in mid-November 2024, in between we get a shot of rain that slows the project down. Running the "new to me" 8320R on a 3pt tile Soil-Max plow, we made sure to weight it down as much as we could and air down the tires. 80% of the time we had the 8110 hooked up on the tow rope just in case we needed it. Conditions are not perfect, but they probably never will be when doing fall tile work. I have been around Soil-Max tile plows before and watched hours of YouTube, video's as I was deciding which tractor to pair a tile plow up with. Do I go with the powershift transmission vs IVT, do I do a 4WD or can I use a front wheel assist? So far everything has worked smoothly and I am impressed with how easy it pulled even after the rain we got. Happy I went with the tractor and plow setup I did as it will be versatile in the growing season, doing other misc field work in season.
