Beijing Capital International Airport contains 3 terminals linked together with shuttle train. Airport Capital Express Train connects the airport with the city center. One-way ticket price: CNY ¥25 / person equivalent of £2.72 / $3.49 /€3.20 Airport route to the City Center - Tianamen Square / Forbidden City: Terminal 3 →Terminal 2 → Dongzhimen station ( price - CNY ¥25 ) short walk to the subway line 2 ( blue circle lane ) to catch the train to Jianguomen price - CNY ¥3 ) (4 stations ) From Jianguomen you need to follow directions to get to lane 1 (red lane) to catch the train to the Tianamen Square (price -CNY ¥3) (4 stations). The whole trip takes around 1 hours and it is the fastest and the cheapest. Alternatively you can take a taxi or the bus.
