Ever wanted to catch a glimpse of what it's like to be a band on the rise? FILTER and Ploom recently teamed up to peer into the life of emerging musicians and take a second to Rethink Music.
Instead of learning about your next favorite artists from press releases and photo shoots, we aimed to capture artists in their comfort zone, relaxed, and effortlessly finding inspiration. For our first feature, we hooked up with Los Angeles based band Pageants, who were kind enough to invite us to their Long Beach home. The experience was everything we were looking for; an afternoon of recording, talks about music, and an all around good time with the backyard wildlife.
