Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnival at Universal Orlando Resort showcases differing cuisine and cultural Mardi Gras celebrations throughout the world. This festival is included with ticketed admission to Universal Studios Orlando and has been steadily gaining in popularity over the years.

The 2024 iteration of this event has over 18 food booths with internationally inspired dishes. The Mardi Gras Tribute Store this year may just be the best yet with it seamlessly complementing the theme of the celebration, Mythical Realms. The Tribute Store exemplifies this with it's other worldly decor and this years parade includes six new Floats inspired by Earth, Wind, Fire and other spiritual elements.
