To improve, you have to push your limits regularly, consistently. That's what VO2 Max intervals do. I was anxious for a week before this 1h workout consisting of 4x6min intervals at 105-109%. Especially since I planned to hit the 3rd interval above the set target. After all that pre-workout angst, I successfully completed the workout. Now for some recovery time so all that effort pays off. Do you do VO2 Max workouts? Are you following a structured workout plan? I'd love to read your comments.
