How to draft a Basic Skirt Pattern for Knit Skirt

In today's pattern drafting tutorial I will be showing you how to make a basic skirt pattern or some times called skirt block for stretch/ knit fabrics, which can be used as a starting point to create any type of garment that uses stretch fabrics.
