A man ate 24 eggs daily—
No heart problems, no high blood pressure!
How is that even possible? Let's find out in this video.
Assalamualaikum!
I’m Dr. Saba.
People say heart and blood pressure patients shouldn’t eat eggs—because they contain cholesterol.
But a Harvard student tested this himself:
He ate 24 eggs every day for an entire month.
The test results showed:
His bad cholesterol (LDL) dropped by 18%,
While his good cholesterol (HDL) increased,
Improving his heart health.
He also felt more energetic.
This was a carefully monitored scientific experiment.
And here’s another surprising case—
An 88-year-old man who ate 25 eggs a day for years!
When doctors examined him,
His cholesterol levels were normal,
And no heart disease was found.
Hard to believe? But it’s true.
In fact, research now proves that
The cholesterol we eat doesn't make up most of the cholesterol in our blood.
Now—I’m not saying you should start clearing out egg trays daily.
But here’s one thing for sure—
Eggs aren't the problem.
Misconceptions are.
So, the real question is:
Can heart patients eat eggs? Let’s explore.
Egg whites contain a protein called RVPSL,
Which blocks the enzyme ACE that raises blood pressure—
Just like medications do,
But naturally, through food.
Egg whites also contain Ovokinin,
Which relaxes blood vessels and naturally lowers blood pressure.
Along with egg whites, the nutrients found in egg yolks also support heart health.
Egg yolks contain lecithin, which helps manage cholesterol,
And omega-3s, which reduce inflammation in the heart.
Minerals like potassium flush excess sodium from the body to regulate blood pressure,
While calcium and vitamin D help strengthen blood vessels.
So whether it’s egg whites or yolks—
Both offer different benefits for heart and blood pressure health.
But here’s something important to understand:
Everybody reacts differently.
Some people, known as “hyper-responders,”
Tend to absorb cholesterol faster and in larger amounts than others.
So what’s the solution?
Get your cholesterol levels checked regularly.
In my opinion,
One egg per day is a great choice for heart and blood pressure health.
In fact, most people can safely eat two eggs daily.
But if you're a hyper-responder,
Then stick with two egg whites and only one yolk.
