Unwound Soul

I haven't become better in parkour for the last couple years but my movement has definitely changed. I've passed through difficult moments like everyone does and we all get over it. It is those experiences that build something called Soul.
I never understood people saying they were training to let of steam, to express themselves. For me, it was only about getting better everyday. Parkour don't need that. We don't need to nourish our ego to show others how good we are. Some people will never understand as long as they are lost in their ego.
We cannot be better than someone else because we already are the best version of ourselves.

Train with love, the real love.
Train with passion.
Train with an unwound soul.
