400grm Potatoes ( Aloo )
1/2 Tsp Cumin
¼ Tsp Asafoetida
1 Chopped Onion
2 Inch Crushed Ginger
3 Crushed Green Chilli
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
2 Tomatoes Puree
1 Tbsp Fenugreek Leaves
1 Chopped Tomato
1 Green Chilli
1 Handful Coriander Leaves
1/2 Chaat Masala
