I think, i made an error in the solution, most viewers have addressed it in the comments, so let me clarify here.
At x=-1, we have -inf (less than or =) -1.5 which is true.
But at x=-3, we have 1.5 (less than or =) -inf which is false
so, yeah, x=-3 isn't part of the solution, but x=-1 is
