This technology, developed at the MSC Lab of Sungkyunkwan University, is a smart manufacturing machine for hairpin coil motor manufacturing in electric vehicles. By utilizing data and AI, it controls coil flattening to minimize plastic deformation based on real-time measured material properties. This approach allows for the manufacture of hairpin coil motors with maintained high efficiency. The system is integrated with manufacturing equipment and operates a real-time digital twin.
